
Release Coordinator

**Detailed Responsibilities**:
- Review and coordinate Change Requests and Implement those in Production & Non-Production Instances.
- Work with Project Managers to schedule the RFC promotions according and prioritize Expedites according to Project needs.
- Assist Developers/Technical Analysts with Cutover Planning to Controlled Instances.
- Triage Change Requests and Assign to relevant review teams.
- Triage Issues and assign to relevant analysts for resolution.
- Generate metrics and dashboard for SLA and Aging.
- Generate Metrics & reports about Change Implementation and related areas.
- Co-Ordinate Project Transitions in Controlled instances.
- Monitor SLAs and take necessary actions to expedite where applicable.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- 2-5 years of IT/SDLC/Agile experience.
- Should be able to Analyze Change, understand Impact and contribute to the CAB Process.
- Experience with ALM /SCM/ Release Control Tools like Github, PVCS, and Kintana.
- Experience with Oracle EBS and Technical modules is required.
- Hands-on experience in any Ticketing system.
- Experience in DevOps and Agile methodology is preferred.
- Understands the priorities and escalate where necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-Motivated / Team player with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts.
