**About the Role**: We are seeking skilled and dedicated Curtains and Blinds Installers to join our growing team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the precise and efficient installation of various types of curtains, blinds, and other window treatments at customer homes and commercial properties. This role requires excellent technical skills, a strong commitment to quality workmanship, and a customer-centric approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-site Installation**: Accurately measure, cut, and install a variety of window treatments, including but not limited to:

- Curtains (rod, track, eyelet, pleat styles)
- Roller Blinds
- Vertical Blinds
- Venetian Blinds (Wood, Aluminium)
- Roman Blinds
- Zebra/Day-Night Blinds
- Honeycomb/Duette Blinds
- Motorized Blinds and Curtains (knowledge of basic electrical wiring and motor integration is a plus).
- **Site Preparation**: Prepare the installation area, ensuring cleanliness and protecting the customer's property during the installation process.
- **Tool Management**: Maintain and organize all tools and equipment necessary for installations, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve any installation challenges or issues on-site in a professional and efficient manner.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, adhering to company guidelines and product specifications.
- **Customer Interaction**: Interact professionally and courteously with customers, explaining the installation process, demonstrating product operation, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Documentation**: Complete necessary paperwork for each installation, including work orders, completion forms, and obtaining customer signatures.
- **Material Handling**: Safely load, unload, and transport materials and products to and from customer locations.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during all aspects of the job.
- **Post-Installation Cleanup**: Ensure the work area is thoroughly cleaned after installation, leaving the customer's premises tidy.
- **Feedback**: Provide feedback to the sales and operations teams regarding product fit, site conditions, and customer feedback to improve overall service.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in the installation of curtains, blinds, or similar window treatments.
- Strong practical skills with a good understanding of various hand and power tools (drills, levels, measuring tapes, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various positions.
- A valid driver's license (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) is often preferred, with a good driving record.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring for motorized systems is a significant advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or vocational training is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
