**About the Role**: We're looking for a friendly and motivated Reception & Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. This dual role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and a passion for customer satisfaction. You'll manage our front desk operations, handle customer inquiries, and actively contribute to our sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Reception Duties:

- **Greeting and welcoming clients**: Warmly welcome all visitors to our showroom, making them feel comfortable and valued.
- **Managing phone calls**: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- **Scheduling appointments**: Schedule in-home consultations for our sales team and installers, ensuring efficient calendar management.
- **Maintaining a tidy reception area**: Ensure the reception and showroom areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- **Handling general inquiries**: Provide accurate information about our products and services, or direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- **Administrative support**: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.

Sales Duties:

- **Customer engagement**: Engage with walk-in customers and phone inquiries to understand their needs and preferences for curtains and blinds.
- **Product knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product range, including materials, styles, features, and pricing, to effectively advise customers.
- **Sales presentations**: Present product options and solutions to customers, highlighting benefits and unique selling points.
- **Quotation generation**: Prepare and issue accurate quotations to customers based on their selections and measurements.
- **Lead qualification**: Identify and qualify potential sales leads, passing them on to the sales team for follow-up when necessary.
- **After-sales support**: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sales queries or concerns.
- **Achieving sales targets**: Work towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a reception, administrative, or sales support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, CRM software).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new product information.
- Prior experience in the home decor, interior design, or a similar industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
