**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with school administrators, career counselors, and educational institutions to drive student enrollments.
- Organize and participate in educational fairs, school/college visits, career counseling sessions, and other promotional events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns tailored for outreach activities.
- Leverage offline channels to enhance university branding and student engagement.
- Track and analyze outreach activities to measure effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrollment process for prospective students.
- Stay updated on education industry trends, competitor strategies, and student preferences to refine outreach efforts.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience in outreach marketing, educational marketing, or student engagement roles.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively for outreach programs and events.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
