**Designation**:Sales Business Development Executive

**Location**:Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**About the role**

As a Sales Executive, you will perform all the following roles:

- Meet and exceed sales targets set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
- Responsible for new client acquisitions, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Create a strong pipeline of sales leads for future revenue generating business.
- Identify potential customers and register opportunities.
- Visit existing clients to validate our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
- Negotiate price with the prospective clients as per internal guidelines/discussions.
- Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Support Customer Service Team and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
- Assimilate market information.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments supported by the Finance Team.
- To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.

**Required Skills**:

- 1-2 years' carrying sales experience
- Quick thinking and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Pulse of the pitch / Market Knowledge
- Highly Target Oriented
