The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining the bar’s cleanliness, organization, and stock. The role requires strong product knowledge, creativity in mixology, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, mix, and serve beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Take and process drink orders promptly and accurately.
- Suggest and recommend beverages, cocktails, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol regulations.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, glassware, and equipment in proper working condition.
- Manage bar inventory by checking stock levels, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages.
- Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately.
- Build positive guest relations through professional, friendly, and attentive service.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism.
- Work closely with service staff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow opening, operating, and closing procedures of the bar.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within hospitality.
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in bartending or responsible alcohol service (preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
