Position: Bartender Location: The Lazy Dog Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Drink Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about drink specials, menu items, and seasonal offerings. Cash Handling: Process payments and manage cash registers accurately. Requirements: Experience: Previous bartending experience preferred, but not mandatory. Mixology Skills: Basic knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation techniques. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with guests. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff. Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Qualifications: Bartending certification is a plus but not required. Knowledge of local and international beverages is an advantage. Benefits: A fun and engaging work environment
