**Position**: Bartender
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹21,000 per month (plus Service Charge)
**Work Hours**: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM
**Offs**: 4 paid offs per month
**Perks**: Food & Accommodation provided
**Location**: Pune
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in a bar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes
- Engage with guests and ensure a pleasant bar experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area
- Assist in inventory management and restocking
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth bar operations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
- Basic knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
