As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the overall bar area. You should be passionate about mixology, have a deep knowledge of drinks and cocktails, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drink Preparation**: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits according to standard recipes.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers, take drink orders, and ensure they receive high-quality service. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
- **Bar Maintenance**: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- **Cash Handling**: Handle cash and card transactions accurately, provide change, and operate the POS system.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor and track inventory of alcoholic beverages, mixers, and other bar supplies. Report low stock levels to the bar manager.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including proper handling and storage of alcohol and other beverages.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with guests, make recommendations based on preferences, and create a memorable experience for customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the rest of the bar and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage pairings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Knowledge of local and international spirits, wines, and beers is a plus.
- Age requirement: 21 years or above (as per legal drinking age in India).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in bartending or mixology.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to engage with diverse clientele and handle customer complaints or issues diplomatically.
