**Responsibilities**:

- Architecting and Implementing business solutions & collaboration portals within Microsoft 365; using SharePoint Online with integrations to Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Search, Yammer, Power Apps & Power Automate resolution.
- Create and manage scripts and automation pipelines for software build, integration and deployment
- Automation and improvement of processes to increase efficiencies and quality of service delivery
- Partner with Data Security to Develop processes that ensure the collaborative tool sets and solutions meet established security, compliance and legal standards
- Provide support to all areas of the business and mentor, train and foster other support tiers
- Support end users with technical questions, best practices, and training for the Microsoft 365 platform
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and take appropriate action to remediate issues
- Assist the team on migration projects and automating tasks with PowerShell scripting
- Develop and maintain documentation pertaining to standards, procedures related to administration, change management, and problem

**Other Job Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross functional architects and product owners to deliver organizational objectives.
- Engage with Microsoft on platform enhancements and roadmaps

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- At least 8+ years hands-on experience developing and implementing Microsoft 365 based solutions for Intranet portals
- Experience with complete Software Development Life Cycle and iterative development methodologies such as Agile, with the ability to transform documented use cases into prototypes and finished solutions
- Experience with DevOps framework and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub
- Working knowledge of PowerAutomate, PowerApps, Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and SharePoint PnP
- Experience with Content Migration processes and Tools (such as ShareGate, Metalogix, Microsoft Migration Manager)
- Strong communication, effective consulting, time management and analytical skills
- Ability to work on a team as well as independently with mínimal supervision to achieve project milestones and deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communications.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn, research and continuously develop new skills
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
