About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled professional to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Sharepoint solutions that enhance collaboration, document management, and business process automation.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sharepoint Framework (SPFx), integration with Microsoft Cloud services, and hands-on experience in building scalable solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop, and Maintain Sharepoint Applications: Design, develop, and maintain Sharepoint applications, custom solutions, and workflows using SPFx, .NET, and modern frameworks.
- Integrate APIs and Third-Party Tools: Leverage APIs and third-party tools to create tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise applications.
- Develop Responsive Interfaces: Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern UI frameworks.
- Manage Large Document Libraries: Manage and optimize large document libraries, ensuring security, scalability, and accessibility.
- Implement Out of the Box Features: Implement Sharepoint Out of the Box features effectively to deliver business value with minimal customization.
- Integrate Sharepoint with Power BI: Integrate Sharepoint with Power BI (including embedding Power BI tiles) and other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, OneDrive, etc).
- Perform Access Management: Perform access management, governance, and compliance activities to maintain secure document and data handling.
- Streamline Business Processes: Use Sharepoint Designer and other configuration tools to streamline business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable Sharepoint solutions.
- Provide Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Sharepoint environments.
Required Skill Set:
- Proven Experience as a Sharepoint Developer: Proven experience as a Sharepoint Developer with 3+ years in designing and implementing Sharepoint solutions (both Online and On-Premises).
- Strong Expertise in Sharepoint Framework: Strong expertise in Sharepoint Framework (SPFx) for modern UI development.
- Proficiency in Modern Frameworks: Proficiency in Angular, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks for building robust, scalable applications.
- Solid Understanding of Web Development: Solid understanding of JSON, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, and SQL Server.
- Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services: Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services for integration and data exchange.
- Knowledge of Third-Party Tools and Apps: Knowledge of third-party tools and apps that enhance Sharepoint functionalities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Ability to Apply Structured Service Delivery Methodology: Ability to apply a structured service delivery methodology for Sharepoint development and deployment.
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certifications: Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certifications.
- Experience in Migrating Sharepoint Solutions: Experience in migrating Sharepoint solutions from on-premises to cloud (Sharepoint Online).
- Knowledge of DevOps Practices: Knowledge of DevOps practices for CI/CD in Sharepoint development.
- Familiarity with Governance Frameworks: Familarity with governance frameworks and compliance requirements in enterprise Sharepoint usage.
