Compliance: Help ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay updated on licensing requirements and changes in regulations to ensure the organization remains in good standing.

Record Keeping: Maintain an organized and up-to-date record system for all licenses, permits, and certifications. Keep track of renewal dates, filing deadlines, and associated documentation to ensure compliance.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders regarding licensing matters. Coordinate with regulatory agencies, vendors, and other relevant parties to obtain necessary information, resolve issues, and ensure smooth license management.

Reporting: Prepare reports and summaries related to licensing activities, such as license status, compliance metrics, and upcoming renewals. Provide regular updates to management and team members as needed.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the licensing team, including data entry, file management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest efficient methods to streamline licensing procedures. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the licensing function.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
