Designation: Guest Relationship Executive / Customer Relation Executive

Salary Upto: 3 LPA

Office timings: 10- 6:30

Qualification :HSC/ Graduate
- Preference : Female
- Age criteria : 25 TO 35 years Max
- Industry : Real estate only

Working Days: Saturday and Sunday (compulsory ) 6 Days Off in a Month

Location:Off Mumbai Pune Expressway Next to Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Gahunje, Maharashtra 412101

Roles and Responsibilities:
Calling customers to understand the priority before the OC is received
- 2. Confirming schedule of possession 1 day prior on calls.

3. Addressing customers queries/concerns while signing possession documents on the day of possession.

4. Escorting customers to the respective flats.

5. Preparation of possession documents and consent letters.

6. Following up with Legal to ensure documents are received before time.

7. Coordinating with external vendors assigned and keeping them updated on the schedule.

8. Preparation of MIS for daily/weekly reports.

9. Handing over to Post Possession Team post the possession formalities are completed.
- Greet clients to the office and communicate with them to determine their purpose for the visit
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc and distribute them
- Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
