**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet guests and clients warmly at the sales lounge or site office.
- Provide detailed and personalized assistance to walk-in clients, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and coordination with the sales and CRM teams.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and the professional appearance of the reception or guest area.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service experience.
- Maintain records of client visits and ensure prompt follow-up by relevant departments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, admin, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing events, customer meets, and other engagement activities on site.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or similar roles (real estate or hospitality preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
- Pleasing personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
