We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Fresher with an interest in operations to join our team. This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both finance and operations, providing a well-rounded foundation for your career.

Key Responsibilities:
**Finance & Accounts**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits.

**Operations Support**:

- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the coordination and management of day-to-day operational activities.
- Support inventory management, procurement, and logistics functions.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Internship or previous work experience in finance, accounting, or operations is advantageous.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
