**Role & resp** **Location: Thane (Cadbury Junction)**

**Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am - 7:30 pm.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify and process daily revenue entries
- Generate e-invoices for sales
- Record daily expenses and maintain associated documents
- Input daily bank entries into the accounting system
- Compile and approve payout lists based on aging
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts monthly
- Prepare debtors and creditors aging reports
- Execute month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and tax audits
- Prepare management reports and regional Profit and Loss statements
- Identify and implement process enhancements for efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation / Post-graduation with 3-4 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and laws
- Experience in GST & TDS return filings and reconciliations
- Excellent time-management and multitasking skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Auditing: 4 years (preferred)
- Accounting: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
