The Textile Process Quality Controller is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of têxtile manufacturing processes to ensure that products meet defined standards and customer specifications. This role involves inspecting materials, overseeing production processes, identifying defects, and implementing improvements to maintain high-quality output.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process Monitoring**:

- Inspect and monitor têxtile processes such as dyeing, printing, and finishing to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and final product inspections.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities in the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and external regulations or customer requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and quality reports.
- Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and submit to management.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Suggest process improvements based on quality data analysis and observations.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control.
- **Training & Compliance**:

- Train operators and line staff on quality standards and inspection methods.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in têxtile quality control or process monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of têxtile materials, processes, and quality standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
