**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality inspections, product evaluations, and supplier audits for furnishings (home têxtiles, furniture, upholstery, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with global quality standards (ISO, ASTM, EN, and country
- specific regulations).
- Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Review and analyze product test reports, ensuring adherence to safety and durability benchmarks.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to enhance product reliability and consistency.
- Work closely with sourcing, production, and regulatory teams to mitigate risks and optimize quality.
- Monitor third-party lab testing for material composition, colorfastness, strength, and performance attributes.
- Identify and recommend continuous improvement initiatives for quality assurance processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports on quality performance, defect analysis, and supplier compliance.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and evolving quality trends in furnishings.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-7 years of experience in quality assurance, product testing, and supplier
- Audits within the furnishings/home têxtiles industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection protocols, AQL standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and report generation for quality performance tracking.
- Experience with third-party quality agencies, testing labs, and compliance audits is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to liaise with global teams and suppliers.
- Willingness to travel domestically for supplier audits and inspections.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in working with global furnishing brands or export houses.
- Familiarity with furniture and home décor material testing standards.
- Certification in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
