The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that all machinery and components manufactured meet the company’s quality standards & customer specifications by monitoring and inspecting the production processes, identifying defects, implementing corrective measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards & regulations.
- **Supervisory Responsibilities - Direct**:_

**Inspection & Testing**: To conduct tests on materials, components, and products, such as dimensional checks, functionality tests and performance assessments by inspecting raw materials, in process components and the finished machinery using measuring instruments to ensure they meet established specifications and quality standards.
- **Quality Audits**: To conduct regular audits of the manufacturing process to identify potential areas of non-compliance or inefficiency and create audit reports advising any deviations from quality standards.
- **Identify defects & resolution**: To identify quality defects, lead root cause analysis & initiate corrective and preventive actions to avoid occurrence of repeated defects. Implement corrective actions and follow up for continuous improvements.
- **Process Improvement**: To provide feedback to the design and production teams to improve product designs based on quality control findings. Take initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- **Compliance**:To ensure all the products and processes comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications and also to keep updated with latest quality standards.
- **Documentation**:Tomaintaindetailed records of inspections, test results and quality assurance activities mentioning rejection rates, defect trends and cost of quality.
- **MIS Reporting**: Preparing Daily/Monthly/Quarterly review reports as per the management’s requirements for the work allocated or updating for WIP.
- **Training**: To provide guidance to production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques and preventive measures by conducting training sessions on quality control procedures, equipment handling and best practices.
- **Any other duties**: As per the management’s decision and updated in JD from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
