Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.

**Position Description**:
He/she is responsible for the leading several aircraft exterior cleaners and performance of aircraft and component exterior cleaning tasks and paint stripping tasks

**What You'll Do**:

- Interpretation and understanding of maintenance documents for assigned tasks and give clear instructions to the subordinate aircraft exterior cleaners to perform the task in a safe, quality and effective manner
- Ensure the safety of personnel and aircraft during the course of the task completion and fulfilling company’s safety requirements including but not limited to wearing proper personal protective equipment and making use of proper tools and equipment
- Ensure the safe working environment for crew members
- Prepare necessary resources for the crew to complete tasks
- Perform work progress report to superior and perform handover of tasks
- Lead the crew members assigned by superior to perform assigned duties
- Prepare work readiness in terms of documentation, tooling, material and facility
- Communicate with other trades on the arrangement of assigned tasks
- Aircraft exterior washing including fuselage, flight control surfaces, cargo floor structures
- Cleaning of removed aircraft components
- Paint stripping by chemical methods
- Other supporting tasks assigned by supervisor

**What You'll Need**:
**1. Technical and other Relevant Experience**
- Completion of Higher Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

**2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge**
- Human Factors and Safety management System Training (T.F320)
- Fuel Tank safety Training (T.EE0131)
- EWIS training (T.C773 or T.C774)
- Dangerous Goods Handling (MM00001E)
- Aircraft Cleaning and Cleaning shop procedure training (T.EE0755)
- Aircraft Cleaning and Paint Stripping Awareness (T.CA0331)
- Instruction and Coaching Techniques (N.G003)
- Customer Services Skill (N.H151)
