**Online Marketing Executive**
**Location**: Nagercoil
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement **sales and marketing strategies** to increase customer outreach.
- Manage **lead generation and conversion processes** to achieve business targets.
- Conduct **market research and competitor analysis** to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **students, researchers, and academic professionals**.
- Coordinate with the **sales team** to drive revenue and customer retention.
- Develop persuasive **marketing communication and promotional campaigns**.
- Monitor and analyze **customer inquiries, conversion rates, and campaign performance** to optimize sales efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- Proven experience in **sales, marketing, and business development** (preferably in the education/academic services industry).
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to work in a **target-driven environment** and meet business goals.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in **academic consulting, PhD assistance, or education services marketing**.
- Knowledge of **client outreach strategies through LinkedIn, webinars, and online forums**.
- Ability to create **engaging marketing content and persuasive client proposals**.
