**Job Summary**:*

**Responsibilities**:*

1. Prepare and cook Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, steaming, and braising.

2. Assist senior chefs in food preparation and presentation.

3. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.

4. Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency.

5. Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.

6. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

**Requirements**:*

1. 2+ years of experience as a Commis Chef in a Chinese kitchen

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

3. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills..

**Preferred Qualifications**:*

1. Experience with Chinese cuisine

2. Familiarity with kitchen management software.

**Work Schedule**:*
- Full-time position, 10 hours shift.
- Rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary and Benefits**:*
- Competitive salary:15000 - 17000
- Benefits package: health insurance, paid time off, food allowance


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
