Education:

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 to 4 Years as a Chef
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare authentic Chinese dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Plan and execute menus with creativity and attention to traditional Chinese flavors and techniques.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in food preparation.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control and ordering supplies.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing menu items.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge of Chinese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking methods.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
