**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the brand's online presence.
- Brainstorms campaign ideas.
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
- Assists in creating performance reports.
- Managing the social media calendar.

**Social Media Intern Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
- Knowledge of analytical tools.
- Creative mindset.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Prior experience with marketing or social media.
- Previous experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
