**Your role**
- This role provides a unique opportunity to gain deep and broad exposure to the Global Wealth Management (GWM) APAC business, its products, and key performance drivers. We are looking for a motivated individual who can contribute in the following areas:

- Effective Communication: Deliver concise and impactful business insights to stakeholders and finance functions to support fact-based decision-making and drive actions.
- Business Insights: Provide transparency on financial drivers such as Net New Money, Invested Assets, and Revenues to highlight key focus areas.
- Collaboration: Partner with colleagues across locations to deliver financial advice and analytics to GWM APAC stakeholders.
- High Performance Standards: Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality output.
- Process Improvement & Efficiency: Proactively lead initiatives to reengineer and automate processes, reduce manual tasks, and align with business and divisional strategies.
- Change Implementation: Support modernization efforts by automating reports, onboarding data visualization platforms, and implementing source system upgrades.

**Your team**
- You will be part of the GWM APAC Finance Business Partnering team based in Mumbai. This high-profile team operates across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Mumbai, supporting the GWM APAC business. You will engage with key stakeholders in GWM APAC and Group Finance across the region on a wide range of strategic and operational topics.

**Your expertise**
- Qualifications:

- Graduate or Postgraduate with a solid understanding of finance principles.
- 3-7 years of experience in Wealth Management or the Banking domain.
- Technologically inclined, with working knowledge of tools such as Hyperion Essbase, Business Objects, and automation platforms (Python, VBA, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
- Strong interest in financial markets, programming, and AI.

**Skills**:

- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with a high degree of reliability and independence.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Proficiency in crafting impactful presentations in MS PowerPoint to communicate insights and analysis and not simply reporting data
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Prior experience in financial/data analysis or consulting is a plus.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Methodical, concise, and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English.
