Blis are looking for an Associate Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team on a full-time basis. The Associate Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision making and partnering with key stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

**Shift : 2 pm - 10 pm (IST)**

**Location - Mumbai (Jogeshwari)**

**Work: Hybrid**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, update and reconcile trading deal schedules, which include monthly tracking of agency spend, deal calculations and preparation & distribution of trading statements.
- Support the Business Partner in delivering the weekly sales report, the monthly rolling forecast and the annual plan.
- Periodic review of rate cards - agency profitability, added value costings and changes to agency trading agreements.
- Daily review of media margins - investigating reasons for negative / deteriorating margins and taking corrective action.
- Preparation of reports for Finance Business Partner, Commercial Financial Controller or other stakeholders as requested
- Regular interaction with Sales, Supply & Operations

**Skills & Requirements**
- Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in a similar role within a UK-headquartered company or a multinational organization is highly preferred.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to interpret the data and provide valuable insights.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple deadlines effectively without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to work across time zones and adapt to cultural differences within a global organization.
