**Position Purpose**:

- The position is responsible for managing recruitment of vacant positions (Above GM Level & niche roles) for all departments and ensuring that the process is timely and cost efficient.The position is also responsible for recruitment vendor management.**Strategic Responsibilities**:

- .**Operational Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Operations**
- Coordinate the entire recruitment and selection process as per process defined by the COE which includes:

- Review the received requisition form and job description for the vacant position.
- Work on ATS (Success Factors)
- Create and regularly update recruitment database and tracking systems in order to keep up-to-date records of both vacancies and applicants.
- Maintain all necessary recruitment and selection records including resumes received.

**MIS / Dashboards**
- Update trackers (recruitment / interview / joinings) regularly.
- Prepare dashboards / MIS on identified recruitment metrics.

**Sourcing Channel Management**
- Engage with, build relationship with staffing consultants / head hunters and provide inputs to manager on new empanelment to increase pool of available consultants.
- Explore and build expertise in use of social media for sourcing needs.
- Work with immediate and extended network to source referrals for vacant positions.

**Process Improvements**
- Suggest process improvements and participate as a team member in process improvement projects led by Lead HRBP.

**Vendor Management**
- Facilitate vendor evaluation exercise & renew vendor contracts. Process vendor invoices for positions handled.

**Education Qualification**:

- Graduate degree, MBA is preferred**Work Experience**:

- At least 3 to 5 years’ of relevant experience**Industry to be Hired from**:

- Preferably Agro / Fine Chemical**Functional Competencies**:

- Excellent knowledge of the recruitment process ( Sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, negotiating offer)
- Experience of using social media in recruitment context
