Position: Voice Support Intern (Bilingual: French and English)

Location: Pondicherry/Kollam

( work from office)

Key Requirements:
Fluency in spoken French and English.

Ability to engage in fluent conversation and chat interactions with customers.

Adapt to a flexible work schedule to accommodate different shifts.

**Responsibilities**:
Communicate fluently and effectively with customers in both French and English.

Engage in chat conversations to provide support and assistance to customers.

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service.

Adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in both French and English languages, both spoken and written.

Delf B1 certification is required.

High school degree or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer support or related roles is a plus.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
