**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Management**:

- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of mining equipment including excavators, dozers, dumpers, loaders, drilling rigs, and crushers.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**:
Diagnose faults, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
- **Inventory & Spare Parts Management**:
Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness. Maintain records for parts usage and reordering.Lead and mentor a team of technicians and mechanics. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical support as needed.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and environmental standards. Conduct safety audits and enforce PPE and worksite protocols.Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, equipment performance, breakdowns, and repairs. Generate regular reports for management review.Assist in planning maintenance budgets and control operational costs by optimizing equipment performance and resource utilization.Liaise with equipment manufacturers and service providers for specialized repairs and procurement of critical spares.**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of mining and heavy earth-moving equipment.
- Hands-on experience with crushers, hydraulic systems, engines, and transmissions.
- Ability to read technical manuals and equipment schematics.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance software (e.g., SAP PM, CMMS).
- Leadership and team management capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Certification in Maintenance Planning or Equipment Management is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in plant and equipment maintenance within the mining or heavy construction sector.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,528.31 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
