**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Support**:

- Operate machinery and equipment as required for the production process.
- Assemble products or components according to specifications.
- Monitor production lines and perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Pack and label finished products for shipment.
- **Material Handling**:

- Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Move materials to designated areas within the factory.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and products produced.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with standards.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement in the production process.
- **Maintenance and Cleaning**:

- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist in maintenance activities and report any equipment malfunctions.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environment (HSE).
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and provide support as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or training in manufacturing or related fields.
- Familiarity with production processes and machinery.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.

**Work Environment**: This role typically operates in a factory or manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery noise, dust, and potentially hazardous materials. Shifts may include nights, weekends, and overtime as required to meet production deadlines. The Process Worker/Factory Hand may be required to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
