Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms of Crestbell Support Private Limited
- Developing and monitoring lead generation campaign budgets.
- Planning and managing our social media platforms, with a focus on generating sales leads and building the brand.
- Lead for developing, running and monitoring organic digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to generate sales leads of potential clients of the Company.
- Preparing accurate and regular reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance.
- Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Working with the executive team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. The employee will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels.
- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence. Ultimately, the responsible employee should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.
- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
- Liaise with Product, Design and Sales to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
- Keenly following analytics reports on conversion and cost efficiencies and optimizing the campaigns on a practically daily basis
- Maintaining benchmarked lead quality through the right mix of source
- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
- Any other duties assigned by the Management

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
