1 To review daily production as per customer requirement.

2 To review daily quality issues & actions on process to eliminate cc.

3 To review daily dispatch activity as per customer 24 pulse requirement.

4 Monitoring & actions regarding process consumables.

5 To implement cost reduction projects from supervisors & motivate them to achieve better results.

6 To drive & implementation all TPM pillar activities at shop floor. Review with TPM Co-coordinator about shop floor progress in TPM.

7 To review daily with Store incharge about material issue & shortages status about customer plan as well as opening sub assembly at bajaj end.

8 To review PIV difference material status with store & production supervisors for achieving zero debit on PIV.

9 Moniter & actions on daily basis on A class material of PIV debit.

10 Monitor & involvement in new product development BS6.

11 To monitor & review labor cost and motivate to line supervisors to reduce NVA activity.

12 To moniter & review of K10 Boring m/c Q & Q.

13 Play Key role in BAL audits like Fine Boring Audit,Material Handling Audit.

14 QSR Meeting At BAL-C domestic & export, Action plan preparation.

15 Preparation of PPT for PRM & CRM for OLE, output/man, mfg cost, consumable, review with plant head in PRM Meeting.

**Additional Responsibilities**

1 KK Pillars Activity.

2 Review of SAP adherence.

3 Support to BAL Audits.

4 Implementing cost reduction projects.

5 Taking participation in external Kaizen competition

6 Review of individual task activity.

**Salary**: Up to ₹29,000.00 per month
