Prepare daily and weekly production schedules based on job orders and resource availability

Coordinate with purchase, stores, design, and shop floor teams to ensure smooth material and job flow

Track production progress and adjust plans to avoid delays and improve output efficiency

Review BOMs, drawings, and routing sheets to ensure accurate job planning and time estimation

Assist in resource planning and workload balancing across departments

Generate daily production reports and maintain planning-related documentation

*Highlight delays* , *bottlenecks* , or quality issues to management and suggest corrective actions.

*production planning/control in a manufacturing or fabrication setup*

Good understanding of *fabrication, machining, and assembly processes*

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and *BOMs*

Familiarity with lean practices, load vs. capacity planning, or *5S implementation*

Working knowledge of *ISO/QA documentation* related to planning

Hands-on experience with *Tally ERP, SAP* , or production monitoring dashboards
