**Job Overview**:
An Assembly Line Operator is responsible for efficiently and accurately assembling products on a production line. This role involves working with various tools and machinery to ensure the smooth and continuous production of goods. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential for success in this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Assembly**:Follow detailed assembly instructions to put together components and parts.
Operate machinery and tools, such as drills, screwdrivers, or soldering irons, to complete assembly tasks.
Ensure the quality of the assembled products meets company standards.

**Quality Control**:Inspect parts for defects or imperfections during the assembly process.
Report any issues with materials or products to supervisors.
Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting modifications to assembly processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

**Safety Compliance**:Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

**Equipment Operation**:Operate and maintain assembly line machinery.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and report malfunctions promptly to maintenance staff.

**Team Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow.

**Efficiency and Productivity**:Meet or exceed production quotas and targets.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions.

**Documentation**:Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to production and quality control.

**Qualifications**:

- High school, or equivalent.
- ITI Passout
- Fitter,Turner,Welder,Machinist
- Basic understanding of machinery and tools used in assembly processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,767.48 - ₹19,907.64 per month
