**Job Title**: DG Assembly Supervisor

**Position Summary**:
The DG Assembly Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly of diesel generators (DG), ensuring that the process is completed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role involves leading a team of assembly workers, coordinating production activities, monitoring quality control, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Assembly Line**: Lead and manage assembly team, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of diesel generator assembly.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure products meet quality standards and resolve any assembly issues.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- **Process Improvement**: Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- **Team Management**: Provide training, performance feedback, and foster a productive team environment.
- **Inventory & Resource Management**: Coordinate material and parts availability to avoid production delays.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:2 to 3 years in assembly line supervision, preferably in diesel generator or heavy equipment manufacturing.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or Mechanical & Electrical engineering background preferred

**Note: 12 hours working in shift wise**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
