**FUNCTION**:Regional Manager.

**LOCATION**: Ahmedabad/Vadodara.

**QUALIFICATION**: Degree/ Diploma, PG in marketing management will be preferred.

**EXPERIENCE**: 15-20 years of Sales/ Marketing experience comprising of field sales of construction equipment with 3 to 5 years of managing sales team at region / territory level.

**KNOWLEDGE**: Required knowledge about Various concrete equipment and major players in the market, commercial aspect of sales, making and implementing sales strategies, Knowledge of CRM/ ERP

**SKILL**: Good verbal and written communication, Self-drive, Negotiation, Team development.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing sales and service team in region / territory to meet sales & profitability target and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Overall administration of branch office including annual budgeting, resource management, statutory compliance, coordination with other process at HO, periodic internal / external audits.
- Train and support sales team to generate more leads, negotiations and closing the orders.
- Identify target customers, customer trends, market analysis and best practices to develop region specific plans and strategies.
- Actively participate in planning and implementation of regional / national sales promotion activities.
- Providing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecast and periodic MIS reports
- Monitor and control customer receivables.
- Building and maintain relation with existing and potential customers, financiers and influencers.
