- Roles and Responsibility
- Role:
MBA (Finance) professional with 2 - 6 Years’ experience into business operations for Capital market- Experience in handling various types of Corporate action events like Mandatory, Voluntary and Choice- God knowledge of global processing of CA events have serviced clients in US, Europe and Asia- Knowledge of STLC and SDLC with experience in writing & executing test cases and test scenarios.- Strong communication skills with ability to train new joiner on corporate action events and its lifecycle.- Certified SAP FICO and Business analytics- Responsible for creating event in the internal system by scrubbing data received from various sources electronic, non-electronic- Good understanding of Reorg events and ensure the events Information is validated with Bloomberg (BBG), IDS(FTS), and from other sub
