Maintaining accurate records of quality control checks, production data, and any process changes.
- **Training**:
Providing training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- **Compliance**:
Ensuring that production processes and product specifications adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- **Engineering Degree**:
A bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., electrical, mechanical, industrial) is typically required.
- **Technical Knowledge**:
Understanding of magnetic materials, toroidal core manufacturing processes, and quality control principles.
- **Problem-Solving**:
Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- **Communication Skills**:
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- **Attention to Detail**:
Meticulous in quality control checks and documentation.
- **Experience**:
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with toroidal cores, is highly valuable.
