**Responsibilities**:

- This Position would be closely working along with the Business Team.
- The Quality Control Specialist plays a pivotal role in upholding the quality and compliance standards within our microfinance institution.
- This position is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of financial products and services, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, and minimizing operational risks.
- Effective quality control not only helps protect the financial institution and its clients but also promotes trust in the microfinance sector as a whole.
- It requires a coordinated effort involving various departments, including compliance, risk management, operations, and customer service, to ensure that all aspects of the business meet the highest standards of quality and integrity.

**Credit Risk Management**:

- Assess the creditworthiness of borrowers using robust risk assessment processes.
- Implement credit scoring models and evaluate applicants based on their financial history, repayment capacity, and collateral.
- Monitor loan portfolios to identify early signs of default and take corrective actions.

**1.** **Loan Portfolio Quality**:

- Regularly review the quality of the loan portfolio to track delinquency rates, non-performing loans (NPLs), and default rates.
- Verify the accuracy of loan documentation and adherence to lending policies through periodic loan audits.
- Clients during the onboarding process to assess their suitability for financial products.

**2.** **Operational Efficiency**:

- Monitor and improve operational processes, such as loan disbursement, repayment, and customer service, to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operations and implement process improvements.

**3.** **Customer Service Quality**:

- Ensure that clients receive excellent service and support throughout their engagement with the microfinance institution.
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

**4.** **Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess operational, credit, and market risks associated with microfinance operations.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the institution and its clients.

**5.** **Data Management and Analysis**:

- Collect and analyze data related to loan performance, client demographics, and financial trends.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions regarding lending practices, product development, and risk management.

**6.** **Training and Capacity Building**:

- Provide comprehensive training and capacity-building programs for staff to ensure they understand and adhere to quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of quality consciousness within the organization.

**7.** **Continuous Improvement**:

- Continuously review and enhance quality control processes and procedures in response to changing regulations, industry trends, and organizational needs.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the microfinance institution.

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
