**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused **Tour Package Planner and Operator** to design, coordinate, and execute memorable travel experiences for our customers. This role involves crafting customized itineraries, negotiating with vendors, managing logistics, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the travel journey. You will act as the main point of contact between the company, travel partners, and clients to ensure seamless and enjoyable travel experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Package Design & Planning**:

- Create tailored travel itineraries based on customer preferences, budgets, and interests.
- Develop both group and individual tour packages, including domestic and international destinations.
- Conduct research on new destinations, attractions, hotels, and travel trends.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Liaise and negotiate with hotels, transport providers, local guides, and activity partners.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
- **Operational Execution**:

- Coordinate all logístical aspects of tours, including bookings, transfers, accommodations, and activities.
- Monitor tour operations to ensure smooth execution, resolve on-ground issues, and respond to emergencies.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide consultation and detailed information to clients pre
- and post-booking.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Act as a point of contact for travelers during their trip, ensuring satisfaction and safety.
- **Budgeting & Documentation**:

- Prepare costings and quotations for customized travel plans.
- Maintain accurate records, invoices, booking confirmations, and client databases.
- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote special packages and seasonal tours.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and travel brochures if required.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of travel planning and tourism trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using travel booking systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.
- Knowledge of key destinations and tourism products (domestic/international).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset and passion for travel.

**Working Days**: Monday - Saturday

**Timings**: 10:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
