Job Title: Tour Executive - Packages

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Tour Executive to join our team and oversee the development, management, and promotion of tour packages. As a Tour Executive, you will be responsible for creating exciting and customized tour packages, negotiating contracts with suppliers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the travel experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and customize tour packages tailored to meet the diverse needs and preferences of customers.
- Conduct market research to identify popular destinations, emerging travel trends, and customer demographics.
- Collaborate with hotels, airlines, transportation companies, tour operators, and other suppliers to negotiate contracts, secure bookings, and ensure competitive pricing.
- Create detailed itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, activities, meals, and sightseeing attractions.
- Calculate costs and pricing for tour packages, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Promote and market tour packages through various channels, including websites, social media, travel agencies, and promotional events.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, booking reservations, and addressing any issues before, during, and after the tour.
- Coordinate with sales teams or travel agents to promote and sell tour packages, monitor booking trends, and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare all necessary documentation, including contracts, itineraries, invoices, and travel vouchers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Gather feedback from customers and tour guides to evaluate the success of tour packages and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle emergencies, disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances during tours, implementing contingency plans to ensure the safety and well-being of customers.
- Stay updated on industry news, competitor offerings, and changes in travel regulations to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
