**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote travel packages and services.
- Answer incoming inquiries from customers regarding travel plans, bookings, and pricing.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and feedback.
- Coordinate with the operations and sales team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Excellent communication skills** in Hindi and English.
- Minimum 00 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales preferred (travel industry experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and convincing tone.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
- Passionate about the travel industry and customer service.
