**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Explain property details and benefits to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless client service.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead conversion targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in real estate (Gurgaon experience is mandatory).
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle client queries professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
