**Inside Sales Executive**

**Job Location**: Noida

**Number of Positions**: 2

**Years of experience**: 2-6 years of B2B Lead generation/Inside-Sales Experience

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Outreach**:
Ø Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Microsoft 365 products.

Ø Experience in cloud selling
- M365, Google and AWS

Ø Conduct Market research (Primary and Secondary Research) to identify potential customers

**Product Knowledge**:
Ø Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and industry trends.

Ø Articulate the value proposition of Microsoft 365 products in relation to the client's business requirements.

**Customer Engagement**:
Ø Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and rapport-building.

Ø Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and provide relevant solutions.

**Sales Targets**:
Ø Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ø Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales tactics.

**Lead Qualification**:
Ø Qualify leads to ensure they align with the target customer profile.

Ø Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

**Collaboration**:
Ø Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.

Ø Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve product offerings.

**Requirements**:
Ø Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the technology industry.

Ø Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products and services.

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Ø Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ø Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.

Ø Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines.
