**Key Responcibilities**
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in buying gold and silver.
- Provide specific information on our business, including pricing and availability.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to reflect customer contacts, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns for our products.
- Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to provide relevant items or upsell chances.
- Manage post-purchase assistance, which includes feedback collecting and complaint handling.
- Create daily or weekly reports on client involvement and sales performance.
- Stay informed about market trends in product prices and product demand.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM or sales support, preferably in jewelry, precious metals, or retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple customer accounts and follow up consistently.
