**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Design **end-to-end UX flows** for complex SaaS portals, ensuring usability, scalability, and consistency.
- Develop **custom icons, illustrations, and visual elements** aligned with the product’s style guide.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
- Conduct **user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis** to refine designs.
- Maintain and evolve **design systems** and UI component libraries.
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) and best practices across all designs.
- Work closely with developers to **validate implementation accuracy**.

**Requirements**:

- ** Expert proficiency in Figma**, including components, variants, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating **advanced UX flows**, responsive layouts, and design for complex, data-rich interfaces.
- Experience in **icon design** and creation of custom graphical elements.
- Solid understanding of **user-centered design principles** and accessibility standards.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and present work to stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating in **Agile/Scrum** environments.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- Experience with **analytics dashboards**, multi-tenant SaaS, or admin portals.
- Knowledge of **HTML/CSS** for design handoff and feasibility checks.
- Familiarity with motion/interaction design tools (e.g., Principle, After Effects, ProtoPie).
- Understanding of product metrics and data-driven design decisions.
