**About the Role**:
You’ll be working closely with developers, marketers, and product teams to craft seamless digital journeys that align with our clients’ branding and business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate concepts and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Design interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Maintain and improve UX across digital assets based on user behavior and analytics.
- Work on brand-aligned visuals, iconography, color palettes, and typography systems.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate design processes.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer** or in a similar role.
- Proficient in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop**, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of **responsive design, mobile-first approach**, and usability principles.
- Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of **HTML/CSS** is a plus but not mandatory.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience in eCommerce, D2C, or branding-led design environments.
- Motion/UI animation experience (After Effects, Lottie) is a plus.
- Exposure to design systems and component-based UI architecture.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
