We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our prestigious cosmetic clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable Answer phone calls and inquiries about appointments and clinic services.
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings, ensuring accuracy and organization in the scheduling system
- Coordinate with staff to accommodate client preferences and maintain smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate patient records, process paperwork, and ensure all patient information is kept confidential.
- Assist clients with billing inquiries, process payments, and maintain financial records with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance to clients regarding clinic services, procedures, and products, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied with their experience.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies to support the efficient operation of the clinic.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of visitors and calls
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Customer service oriented and able to maintain a friendly demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect patient information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
