Job Overview**:Lyfeindex is a digital memorial platform that allows individuals and families to honor and remember loved ones by creating personalized, lasting digital tributes.** We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing team. **The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers, all while promoting Lyfeindex's unique offering in the digital memorial industry.**

**Please note like all other sales jobs, this is a target-based job profile which involves field sales, cold calling etc.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Presentations & Demonstrations**: Conduct engaging and informative presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the Lyfeindex platform.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**Sales Negotiation & Closing**: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, handling negotiations and contract discussions to finalize agreements.

**Market Research**:Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Collaboration with Marketing Team**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand messaging and campaigns.

**Reporting & Tracking**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Provide regular sales reports to management.

**Customer Support & Retention**: Assist clients with onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure they get the most out of the platform, ultimately leading to customer retention.

**Qualifications**:
**Atleast 1 or 2 years of Experience from Insurance and finance industry is required.**

MBA in Sales and Marketing, ideally in a B2B, B2C or SaaS environment; experience in digital services or memorial platforms is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with decision makers at all levels.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Highly organized with excellent time-management and follow-up skills.

Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Empathy and understanding when dealing with sensitive topics, as the platform deals with memorials and tribute creation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,600.00 per month
