**Sales Operations & CRM Support**
- Coordinate with stakeholders (Sales Team & IT Team) for development of **Field Force Management functions** on the CRM portal.
- Support the Sales Team in portal operations manage training & ensure effective utilization of portals.
- Manage **Territory Mapping** based on Sales Teams’ functional areas across all businesses.
- Create **territory-wise effort & growth charts**.
- Track and monitor **Sales & Marketing activities** as key sales efficacy drivers.
- Track and monitor **KRAs** of the Sales Team.
- Ensure smooth & transparent **Scorecard Management** for the Sales Team.

**Centralized Project Management (CPM) & CRM Integration**
- Coordinate with stakeholders (Sales Team & IT Team) for the development of **Centralized Project Management (CPM)**.
- Support the team in extracting project information from various commercial portals and update/allocate it properly in the CRM.
- Track and monitor **project development stages**, and build a project pipeline to help the Sales Team with conversions.
- Track and monitor **project conversions** and actions taken by the Sales Team.
- Create **business projection models** based on project pipelines using the PMM.
- Establish **cross-linking of all influencers** to ensure smooth information flow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
